Thankfully I am now in a location where the Internet is deciding to work a little faster than the previously described, pre-Millennium, 56k speed so I have been able to upload some of my videos to Youtube (I'm still working on getting the photos online, but let's go one step at a time hey!)
The first video I have posted demonstrates, hopefully, the chaos of the Manila traffic that I experienced on arrival at my hotel. I hope it does justice to the sheer panic that I have every time I have to venture across the road.
